As the CEO of Children's Mental Health Ontario, Tatum Wilson is particularly well positioned to advocate for changes to government policy that affect access to services, the type of services provided and how these services are delivered. Pre-pandemic the wait time for access was over two years. Post pandemic the demand has increased and wait times are increasing.
