Discussing all the joys of inspection reports like black mold, hydrostatic plumbing tests and what "up to code" actually means, Dale has the girls laughing all the way. We learn that Dale is not only the only inspector in the state of Texas with a masters degree in Aeronautical Sciences but he easily has some of the best stories we've heard.
