The Commanders Comeback to Three Straight 17-16 Over the Colts in Indy!
Ron's winning streak started earlier than usual, and the Commanders are .500 for the first time in eight weeks in the season during Ron's tenure in Washington. Brent and Dre take the win for what it is, and Brent has now concluded that the Commanders refuse to lose games that they should to secure a franchise QB and fix the last piece that we need to be legitimate contenders. Brent and Dre talk about how the offense looked, how scary the comparisons between the Colts and Commanders are right now, and where we sit in the race for the 7th seed in the NFC. They also check in on the Wizards, who have dropped two straight games and now sit at 3-3. Some of their concerns, i.e., Bradley Beal's inconsistencies, are coming to light, and the Wiz can't guard anyone as they get embarrassed by the Pacers on Friday and then demolished by the Celtics on Sunday. Both of the DC teams look precisely alike, and fans keep believing that they are better than the sum of their parts, but either way, a win is a win.
