The Definition of Insanity

Albert Einstein said: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results."But yet as humans, we often keep doing the exact things over and over that are keeping us stuck, struggling, and small. I reflect on gardening as a metaphor for our lives and how adaptability and the ability to keep going but to try new things is essential.
