The Fear of the LORD is to Hate the Evil Way!

The Scriptures teach us to be every checking our understanding and motives regarding our thought life and our ways of living.  Just as the LORD has spoken, “All the ways of a man are clean in his own sight, but the LORD weight the motives.”  He also says that, “There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.”  Brethren, in fearing the LORD we must to know how He defines evil and we must know what the “Evil Way” is.  Once we have a working definition and understanding of what evil is we must turn our hearts and minds from such things and give ourselves to listening and responding to God’s call to holiness and righteousness of the truth!  This morning we will search the Scriptures to get a working understanding how to hate evil and embrace the good!
