The Great Circle of Ancient Sites

What if I told you, if you were to take a marker and draw a line around a globe at a 30 degree angle from the equator starting at a certain location, you will notice something strange? There are at least 21 notable, ancient sites that we are aware of right now on this line - many of the structures, we consider to be some of the greatest mysteries in human history are found directly on that line.  What could this be evidence of?
