The Listening, Discipling, Obedient Servant

In Isaiah 50-4-11, we are challenged by a Servant whose-life reveals 5 marks of being a disciple.-I. The Servant is a disciple the Lord GOD equips to-speak sustaining words -v. 4a, b-.-II. The Servant is a disciple who listens to the Lord-GOD -v. 4c-.-III. The Servant is a disciple who obeys the Lord GOD--v. 5-6-.-IV. The Servant is a disciple who depends upon the-Lord GOD for vindication -vs. 7-9-.-V. The Servant is a disciple whose ministry divides-the world --A. into those who fear Yahweh and obey his-Servant, trusting and relying on them even-though they walk in darkness -v. 10-.-B. into those who trust in themselves to walk-by their own light though it leads to-torment -v. 11-.
