The Long Island Serial Killer: The Task Force Expands Its Investigation Into Heuermann (9/14/23)

The Gilgo Beach task force has announced that it is expanding it's investigation into Rex Heuermann and they are bringing on two more detectives to help expedite the process. <br /><br />We also hear from Asa Ellerup who is asking, through her attorney, to have the legal guns owned by Rex Heuermann returned to her so that she can sell them. Accordign to her lawyer, the collection is worth 300K.<br /><br /><br />In our final update we hear from a man who had a run in with Heuermann in South Carolina and who tell us what everyone else who knew him has said: Rex Heuermann was a jerk. Does that make him a killer though?
