In this episode, Andre and Robert discuss the case of 20-year-old Jaxon Sales, who died of an apparent overdose at an older man's house. His family has been asking the police to reopen the Investigation for two years, believing homophobia was a factor in the case being hastily closed. Jaxon was found dead in a luxury high-rise apartment in San Francisco on March 2, 2020. His family believes that Sale's death was not treated with the seriousness it deserved due to his identity. Jaxon's family has accused the police of failing to interview anyone present at the home and of not pursuing the case because he was gay.
