Truescope with Todd Murphy
Todd is the President of Truescope in North America, a global media intelligence organization with advanced SaaS technology, highly experienced team and client-centric service. Todd was appointed to this role in 2023, following Truescope’s acquisition of long-standing and successful Omaha-based media intelligence organization, Universal Information Services, where he had been owner and CEO since 2016.His career in the industry spans more than three decades in a range of leadership roles, with his biggest accomplishments being the development of innovative services that provide actionable and valuable insights for North American communication practitioners. His innovations include the first multi-channel monitoring software for broadcast media and the development of comparative media analysis reports for industries. Todd’s rich expertise in the public relations, media and communication sectors has led him to serve on the committees of several media intelligence organizations, and he is globally recognized as an industry authoritative figure and opinion leader. Todd is currently Vice President on the Executive Board of FIBEP, the world’s media intelligence association and an AMEC (International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication) Member. He has also served on several boards of directors for industry associations such as President Omaha Press Club, and non-profit organizations such as Chair of the Epilepsy Foundation of Nebraska.
