During interviews on Thursday, Lauro appeared to admit to at least one of the charges against Trump when he told Greg Kelly on Newsmax that Trump simply asked Pence to delay the election certification by 10 days to see if states wanted to send alternate electors. That's actually mentioned throughout the indictment as a BAD THING, and Lauro admitted to it on live TV.
