Trump Must March Forth on March Fourth + Rudolph The Red Nosed Lawyer
Glenn was in the courtroom for the status hearing in Donald Trump's federal case in DC for attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Donald Trump's lead attorney, John Lauro, started out the hearing loud and then got even louder. Indeed, Judge Chutkan twice told Lauro to "take the temperature down." Glenn reviews the ins and outs of the court hearing and discusses why Judge Chutkan may have settled on a March 2024 trial date for Trump's DC case. Then, Rolling Stone reported that, "Jack Smith's Team Grilled Witnesses About Rudy Giuliani's Drinking." Giuliani's intoxication may actually be relevant to one of Donald Trump's possible defense tactics to the criminal charges for his attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election: an "advice of counsel" defense. Glenn discusses why prosecutors often investigate matters of intoxication vis-a-vis with defendants, witnesses, and, yes, attorneys. For our Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise shop, please visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Please consider becoming a #TeamJustice patron at: https://www.patreon.com/glennkirschnerCheck out Glenn's website at glennkirschner.comFollow him on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram:
