Aleha is the owner of Work Culture Works, a consulting agency built to help managers create healthy, safe work environments in order to reduce turnover and increase that bottom line. Aleha is an experienced professional with a passion for developing and improving workplace culture. Her career journey began with the United States Air Force where she gained valuable experience in multiple career fields, giving her a unique perspective into differing work cultures within the same organization. While in the Air Force, she managed to complete 6 Associate’s degrees, 2 Bachelor’s degrees, and 3 Master’s degrees, all focusing on the concepts of human resources, innovation, leadership, and workplace culture. After 21 years in the military, she retired and began pursuing her Doctorate in Leadership & Education in Healthcare at Nebraska Methodist College.
