The vibe of the day today is Black Business Month! Let's show our appreciation for the many Black-owned businesses that have been a great part of our communities! By shopping at Black-owned businesses or supporting their services, we can collectively help to uplift and empower Black entrepreneurs. Let's spread the word and celebrate Black Business Month!Let's take this opportunity to understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity in business. Additionally, let's recognize the many contributions of Black entrepreneurs and their immense potential. Let's come together to support Black business owners and help them reach their goals!Black-owned businesses in the US originated in the days of slavery before 1865. Emancipation and civil rights permitted businessmen to operate inside the American legal structure starting in the Reconstruction Era (1863–77) and afterward. African-American entrepreneurs started to form businesses such as restaurants, barbershops, and dry-cleaning services. During the 20th century, African-American businesses flourished and became a major contributor to the US economy.Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/erica.lockley.7 Twitter - @EricaLashai Instagram - https://instagram.com/erica_la....shai?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2
