(Vicky O Show) Hope, enthusiasm greet sack, appointment of Service Chiefs by President Tinubu
President Bola Tinubu is three weeks into his administration and he has made far reaching decisions to turn things around for the better, in line with his promise to take tough stance on issues. The President followed up suspension of the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), with sacking of security chiefs on Monday, 19th of June. The appointment of new security chiefs to replace the sacked ones, elicited hope and enthusiasm among Nigerians, about the fight against insecurity and national cohesion. So, what next for the country and the new security chiefs after their appointment? Other socio-economic and political stories trending in the polity in Nigeria, will be reviewed on the show.
