The chain of barrier islands that skirts the coast of North Carolina from the Virginia border to Cape Lookout was once remote. Today the Outer Banks is one of America’s most popular vacation destinations; welcoming millions of visitors each year! We had the opportunity to sit down with author and Outer Banks native Clark Twiddy.
