Many observers wonder what will come out of the BRICS summit in South Africa. Among the key topics is that BRICS is looking to expand the BRICS to include more countries, at least 40 including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, and Argentina, that have expressed interest in joining it.<br/><br/>The key element is that the BRICS New Development Bank said on Wednesday that the bank was considering the accession of 15 possible new members, including Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and Argentina.
