What happened with Hunter Biden's indictments?

Today, Federal prosecutors indicted the President's son Hunter Biden on gun charges from 5 years ago. Two of the charges deal with filling out a form that said he didn't use any illegal drugs when he bought a Colt Cobra gun in 2018. The third one deals with Biden having a gun while he used drugs.
