What I've learned from 7 years of organizational development at FREITAG with Pascal Dulex

He joined the company as Brand Manager being responsible for marketing and communications, later he was in charge of product development as Head of Innovation. In the course of an organizational liberation, Pascal increasingly slipped into the role of an organizational developer.
