What it is, why it's needed and what it's supposed to accomplish.<br /> Some important things to remember: Read the proposal before voting on it. Make sure you agree that it will benefit the blockchain and isn't just a paycheck to the people making it. Not all proposals are funded because of the whales. It is possible to for a proposal to be funded without any whale votes. The thing we are trying to raise awareness here is that most new users and many veteran Hive users dont even know that the DHF exists and it is an integral part of the ecosystem.<br /> All users should read and understand the proposals.
