As the turmoil in Ukraine looms over the future of the continent, President Joe Biden concluded his European tour in Finland, where he met with NATO's newest member and other Nordic officials. President Joe Biden visited Finland's capital to reassure NATO's newest member of the alliance's commitment and to reassure European allies that a change in U.S. administration would not threaten the continent.
