Sharper Capital Partners is a private lending company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. After being assigned to the same dorm room freshman year at the University of Cincinnati, Chris Cascella and Grant Smith worked on various business ventures together before Sharper Capital Partners began in 2019. As they continue to grow their business, they decided to start the Hard Money Podcast in 2022 as a way to document their journey and provide valuable information to other real estate investors.
