Rebellions are categorized by a rejection and opposition to oppressive authority. Historically and traditionally rebellions have required brute force and savagery, the same tools utilized by the oppressors in question. Perhaps it is possible to reject oppression through kindness instead and perhaps this can only be done through a shared understanding of what it means to exist.
