No one is perfect. Every single one of us have something that we need healing from. Some of us more than others. That’s okay though; here, is where we let the healing begin. We don’t worry about who’s looking. We do this, by talking about our past experiences; including trauma and grief filled experience. This way, we can all become more self aware, while being intentional. That way those painful experiences can produce fruit. We embrace authenticity and our lived experiences; without judgment.
