Our story begins to the North in the free city of Vesperia. Newer in comparison to the other cities, it was founded by those sick of the politics of the south. They left their homes behind forsaking any ties to their previous homes and formed the guilds. Initially scorned by the other nations, Vesperia was only recognized as independence is recognized now in no small part due to its partnership with the wizards of Torsandil. Thought to be the only city to survive the breaking, the respect and influence of Torsandil is wide reaching.
