Life is often complicated and overwhelming. We try to find just a moment of peace but it is elusive. Most days we would settle for just not being emotionally and physically drained. It can be impossible to find time for self-care. Each day is a copy of the last. We wander around numb at best, anxiety-ridden at worst. Is this how we are meant to feel? There is a different way.
