11 years ago I've involved myself in the fitness and wellness industry. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, later it transferred to the bones and after couple of years he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. That was the reason why I went on a mission for healthier and happier life. This podcast has a goal to inspire people and help them achieve quality of living.
