This past week my brother Adrian submitted his paperwork to take a leave of absence from his 16-year career as an educator. Not only is Adrian an award winning teacher, you could say it's "in his bones" to be in a classroom teaching, so this is a big deal. But over the past 18 months we have watched as our online coaching program for dads, Bedrock, has steadily grown.
