๐ If this is normal, count me out. Why questioning norms is often the gateway to health and happiness ๐
Welcome back to another episode of The Mind School Podcast and this week Bre is FIRED UP and we all know what that means. We're in for a cracking rant today, friends.

Bre is transmuting her anger into passion (something she's bloody good at) and with that in mind, this week she is going to be chatting about social norms. It follows on from a post earlier this week where she quoted something her first business mentor said to her. He said:

"If you want to be like the majority of the population, go ahead. But the majority of the population are unhappy, unhealthy and broke. So if you want that, by all means, go with the crowd. But if you don't want that, you have to learn to go against the grain".

Read that again and let it sink in ๐คฏ๐คฏ๐คฏ

Tune in to hear Bre delve into that statement and discuss things like:

๐ Alarming statistics on the mental and physical wellbeing of Australians
๐ Are we doing enough to foster a sense of belonging? And how that can be beneficial
๐ The lack of education in schools around critical elements of REAL life
๐ The contrast in response to spending money on university VS business coaching

This one is a doozy, fam. She's back and she's got something to say! Tune in to the episode and let us know if it resonated with you.
