Rick Varner, Director of The Scobee Education Center, talks about the summer camps and Planetarium Shows.The Scobee also offers team building space missions and serves as a presentation/celebration space for the community; corporate events, weddings, etc.To reserve the Scobee Education Center for an event, email sac-scobeectr@alamo.eduThe Planetarium hosts Friday night shows and Wednesday matinee shows. Friday Night family friendly shows start at 6:30 pm, The Sky Tonight live presentations start at 8 pm, and double features at 9:30. Children must be 6 years of age and older to attend the 8pm and 9:30pm showtimes.
