Sascha Mornell is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder and CEO of GetMyBoat, a boat rental and water experience marketplace that is often referred to as the “Airbnb of boats.” Prior to launching GetMyBoat in 2013, Sascha was the co-founder and Chairman of Phacil, an award winning technology services federal government contractor.  His entrepreneurial journey began as the first employee and SVP of Marketing at Register.com which had an $800 million dollar IPO two years after he joined.  Sascha got a B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley – and after graduating got a one-way ticket to London to work as a bartender.  Eventually he ended up in Tokyo and hustled his way into a job working at Dreyer’s ice cream.
