#108 - Overcoming Limiting Beliefs with Daniel Jouhannet and Jaime Filer
Welcome to the Trainer Revenue Multiplier Show! Each week Mathew Park and/or his co-host TRM Mentor Jaime Filer have a round table discussion with a TRM Leader or guest on how to build an insanely profitable, systemized, impact-driven, six and seven-figure a-year personal and online training business. This week Jaime talks with Janiel Jouhannet about overcoming limiting beliefs. How “Dino Dan” stepped into a bold leadership and entrepreneur role he never could have imagined. Daniel Jouhannet began his career in 1993 working as a police officer. In 1998, he added to his resume and also started working for a gym as an in-person personal trainer. At the time, he thought making a 3k to 4k per month was good. Which it was, especially for a side hustle. A bad decision in 2018 had him quit the police force; but when one door closes, another one opens. He met the TRM FAMILY shortly thereafter, and the team got him (and his gym) through COVID. By that time, personal training was his main source of revenue. A few months later, September 2020, he had a 10k/month business. In 2021, despite being scared as hell, he hired his first coach! Three short years after he started taking his entrepreneurship seriously, he's now leading an in-person personal training business with 6 coaches working for him, in 4 different gyms, grossing 40k+ per month, with a business going on 50k. On today's episode, we hear how he did it, and the roadblocks he had to overcome to get from 4k to 40k!
