#115 - How to Face Rejection Professionally Using Psychology & Systems | Mathew Park, Jaime Filer, and Laurent Decarie
Welcome to the Trainer Revenue Multiplier Show! Each week Mathew Park and TRM Chief Mentor Jaime Filer talk about how to build an insanely profitable, systemized, impact-driven, six and seven-figure a-year fitness business. This week Jaime and Mathew talk with our TRM Systems Engineer about How to Face Rejection Professionally Using Psychology & Systems. Courage and discipline are required for success. But so is a healthy sense of self-confidence, because in our industry, "No thank you, I'm not interested" is almost part of our daily challenges as fitness coaches. Courage consists of two parts. The first is getting started in the face of failure and rejection, where success is far from given. The second half of courage is persistence, which is similar to resilience. Persistence is the unbreakable will to keep going and driving yourself no matter what. What we need to do is remember that nothing can stop you if you don't quit. All that is nothing though, if we don't have the TOOLS (mentally and practically) to handle rejection. Mathew Park and Laurent Decarie discuss strategies to work through the NO's.
