This week we’re joined by Retired Navy Senior Chief, Sannita Price.Senior Chief Price comes from a family of military service members. Her father was in the Army. Her Aunt is a retired Navy Senior Chief who was featured in Episode 10 (Just Fine). And her daughter is currently an E-5 in the Navy.After 22 years of service, Sannita can confirm at least one thing: The treatment did NOT get better with rank! But that didn’t stop her from becoming a leader among leaders while working back-to-back sea duty.When Sannita was met with a challenge or any type of adversity, she faced it head-on. And when she saw an opportunity to grow, advance, or help out her shipmate – She took it.While on active duty, she wasn’t just a leader in her command, she was also a “sea mother” to her junior sailors.
