Belinda Trussell is a two-time Olympian in Dressage, one of the 3 Olympic disciplines in horse riding. We recorded the podcast at Oakcrest Farm, north of Toronto, a land she acquired in 1996 and where she built a horse training facility, now hosting and training more than 20 horses. Belinda brings us into the world of this noble sport, where the connexion between the athlete and the horse reaches unimaginable levels.
