As Governor Roy Cooper enters his final year as Governor of North Carolina he reflects on all the work he has done over his past two terms in office, and how is still planning on doing everything he possibly can in this last year to help bolster the public school system and as sports betting has taken root. Governor Cooper also comments on the recent Medicaid expansion package that went into affect this past December.
