During the summer months, when it gets hot outside, pig feed intake may decrease, but their requirements do not. Therefore, there are all sorts of strategies out there to try and get more nutrients into the diet without increasing costs too much. In this episode, I talk with Dr. Maria Mendoza about amino acid ratios we should consider when feed intake diminishes, as well as energy levels and soybean inclusions we should keep an eye on during those times.
