We are not normally a fan of focusing on what to cut out (we'd much rather focus on what foods to include while breastfeeding), but we want to share 5 foods that you might want to consider and be mindful of.<br/><br/>This is the second of three episodes looking at what we eat (and drink!) when breastfeeding.
