Her purpose in life is to create a life aligned with her own dreams while being able to authentically support others to do the same. Elizabeth has travelled around the globe with one key mention to a recent project in Rwanda where she co-created a cross-cultural leadership development program to support aspiring leaders to assume administrative positions within the university. As an experience designer, coach, and space holder, she recently participated in a 1-month breathwork journey in Portugal and in a Sufism and martial arts camp in Morocco in order to continue to fuel her own passions and visions. As a career intrapreneur, Elizabeth has a history of bringing a spirit of enthusiasm and dedication to launching initiatives that help release the collective potential of organizations, individuals, and teams. She has applied her talents in ideation, individualization, connectedness, and adaptability to work in a variety of settings big and small including higher education, corporate healthcare, professional service agencies, and EdTech.
