3 apps I use everyday as mom with ADHD
3 tools I use daily as mom with ADHD Topic 1 - sunsama
This app functions as my daily planner. This would replace a paper planner for me. This software is incredible and I use in conjunction to the other two apps. Why I like this instead of a paper planner? Give me more of a time reality check I can log onto it anywhere! Topic 2 - Notion
This app is so integral to me. It helps me keep a master list of all the chore I need to get done during the day, week, month and year. I keep my home management outline here, meal planning and grocery list. And it goes directly into my sunsama so my tasks are clearly laid out. Topic 3 - google calendar
This one may seem obvious. I love google calander for mapping out my day and setting up blocks of time to get chores done. This app help me stay on track and gives me phone notifications for upcoming events. Sunsama directly feeds into this so that I can see my daily plan in my calender. I also have family calendar for shared events and google calendar in general is how I keep my husband and I in sync with events of our very busy lives.
Actions steps - Journal for a few minutes on the following questions: 1 - What apps do you use daily? Are they benefiting you?
2- In what ways are you reaching for the perfect productivity system but just not able to "put in the work"? What are you looking for? Motivation?Take a photo and share it on instagram @organizedadhdmom! Let me know this is working for you!
