3. How to Scale to Five Businesses in 3 Years - The Sweat Fixx Story
In today’s episode, we chat with owner of Sweat Fixx and Business Muscle Podcast co-host, Elise Caira. Her story includes leaving her full time job and launching a revolutionary fitness studio with no investors and no partners. Within 3 years, she successfully scaled her business to 5 locations. Elise was always interested in entrepreneurship from a young age. After graduating from Bentley, she started her career in public accounting, but was always brainstorming ideas for a fitness studio behind the scenes. Elise launched Sweat Fixx by herself, all while managing polycystic kidney disease, the loss of her mother, and the loss of a baby at 6 months. Elise tells us about her experience going from public accounting to business owner, how she built and manages a successful team, and how branding was key for her since day one.
