She was well over 200 pounds, prediabetic, a binge drinker, cigarette smoker, ate at least 1 - if not all 3 fast food meals per day, and really just the epitome of unhealthy. Jillian began to just accept that passing out on the regular and constantly feeling fatigued was her fate. Her grandfather died of complications specific to diabetes. It was the last time that she passed out due to prediabetes/hypoglycemia that Jillian decided she did not want to live the rest of her life this way. Ever since making that decision, she has spent her entire adult life learning how to be as healthy as possible in the most natural ways possible.
