6 day coma + memory loss - Garth Suthurst

Whilst training in his local gym, Garth suffered a cardiac arrest. This led to 6 days in a coma and 6 weeks in hospital. He woke with zero memory of his life before the accident. He very kindly shares his story of recovery, part of which was running a half marathon this year
