In this episode I babble away with my raspy voice about how it was to be in a 10-day silent introduction to buddhism retreat in Dharamkot, India. Needless to say it was AWESOME! It was life changing and it was a unique experience I suggest everyone and anyone try! All in all I am full with gratitude at Tushita and its hard work.
