#92: Get Better Sleep Tonight
There was a time when I didn’t get sleep for several nights in a row, and it really messed me up. We underestimate the power great sleep can have on our lives and today we are going to help get better sleep. On this episode we discuss:
What are the things that interrupt your sleep?
Health impacts of not getting enough sleep
Get curious about something stimulating
Stick with a sleep schedule (even on the weekends)
Get more Vitamin D
Deal with the mindsets that you have
Put the journal by your bed
Exercise each day in some way
Face something scary in your life
Take a cold shower or an ice bath
Create anticipation for tomorrow
Write down your dreams (the actual dreams)
Listen to music
Don’t hit the snooze button
Play a game before bed
Deal with your trauma
Get some medical help when needed
