A Beginner's Guide to Believing in Yourself
On this solo episode I am opening up about my challenge with believing myself and how it has inhibited me from feeling proud of myself on a daily basis. From my relationship with my physical health, to routines, to planning my day I do my best to follow the "self improvement" lifestyle in order to reach my version of success and find myself consistently in a spiral of failure when I cannot flawlessly stick to what I believe will control my commercial success. I walk the Ishes through what my personal limiting beliefs are and what I am doing to work towards belief in a way that makes me feel success on a regular basis.
