This week on the show, host Sara J chats with Lotus drummer Mike Greenfield fresh off his recent four night run with Umphrey's McGee, where he filled in for their drummer, Kris Myers. Mike tells Sara more about when his passion for drumming started, sharing a little about his musical history prior to joining Lotus in 2009.Mike reveals what it was like getting that text from Umphrey's McGee keyboardist, Joel Cummins asking his to play some shows, why his initial reaction was to almost say "no" and how an Omega Moos show at Holidaze in 2021 helped show Bayliss that he was a good choice to fill in while Kris was away.
