We settle for our current abilities, whatwe’ve already learned, and the limits we create for ourselvese stop growing.Finding out what our capacity is and what is possible is all about knowing that we’re meantfor more. Sometimes, we know this but don’t act on it because we fear being uncomfortableand vulnerable. The desire to grow and evolve is in our DNA. We just need to protect it,nurture it and not let it be drowned out by the distractions that can come in life. Moving tothe next level is our natural progression.
