Anthony Davis has agreed to a five-year deal extension with the Los Angeles Lakers, which includes the highest per-season average salary in NBA history.<br/><br/>Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul said Friday that Davis and the Lakers have reached an agreement on a three-year, $186 million deal extension.
