Jerry Weinstein is a Special Assistant for Player Development and Scouting with the Colorado Rockies, the latest assignment in five decades in the sport. Weinstein has joined the Albuquerque Isotopes for the week and joined TopesCast to discuss how he's old school and new school, how player developments involving winning and losing, and the most important qualities for catchers these days.  The Albuquerque Isotopes are the Triple-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies.
